Before you sign up
How does the free trial work?
Your trial runs 14 days and includes everything in Max, so you can try every feature on a real cruise. When it ends, choose the plan that fits the work you do.
What counts as a product?
A product is anything you grade trees into, such as sawtimber, veneer or pulp, set up per species with minimum and maximum DIB or DBH. Basic includes 2 products; Pro and Max allow up to 20.
Does it work without cell service?
Yes. On phones and tablets every project lives on the device, so you can tally, analyze and print reports with no signal. Changes sync on their own once you’re back in range. The web version needs a connection.
How many devices can I use?
Each license has one active device at a time. Swap devices at any time, and your projects follow you through the cloud. You can also sign in on the web.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Every morsel of data and settings can be exported in a single Excel workbook. Every report exports to Excel, HTML and PDF, and on Pro and Max your data exports for SILVAH, NED-3, and FVS, with maps as KML, Shapefile or GeoJSON.

Nothing changes until you are ready. Legacy FM will be supported through 2027, and the new Pro plan is the same price! When you decide to transition, the balance of your account will be credited to your new subscription, and your legacy version will continue to work for the remainder of that subscription period.
